Aloustora was founded in Damascus in 1992 with a simple conviction: that the difference between a trip and a journey is the hand that arranges it. Over thirty years on, that conviction has carried us across the region — from Mecca and Madinah for Umrah pilgrimages, to Istanbul, Dubai, Bangkok and the Maldives for families who want their stay considered down to the last small detail.

We do not aggregate. We do not auto-confirm. Every itinerary that leaves our office has been read, costed and contacted by a human consultant who knows the property, the route, and the season. That is slower. It is also why our travellers come back.

From our offices in Damascus, Aleppo and Latakia, we look after Umrah groups, family holidays, honeymoons and corporate journeys with the same care — measured in minutes returned to the traveller, and worry taken off their shoulders.
